Wisdom shared generously.
Growth supported intentionally.
A relationship-based mentorship program connecting experienced women leaders with women navigating growth, transition, and pivotal leadership moments.
Strengthening the pipeline of women supporting women in leadership.
The Women in Business Mentorship Program was created to strengthen the pipeline of women supporting women in leadership. Growth accelerates when experienced leaders intentionally invest in those navigating pivotal moments — career transitions, expanded responsibilities, and new leadership challenges.
This is a relationship-based mentorship experience, grounded in conversation, reflection, and shared insight. It is not coaching or consulting. Instead, it creates space for thoughtful dialogue, meaningful questions, and perspective shaped by lived experience.
By connecting women across different stages of their careers, we aim to build a community where wisdom is shared generously and growth is supported intentionally.
A clear path from interest to meaningful conversation.
Designed to be structured enough to matter, flexible enough to fit real lives.
Submit Your Interest Form
Mentors and mentees begin by completing a short interest form — sharing experience, goals, leadership stage, and areas of focus.
Application & Alignment
You'll receive additional program details and a brief application to ensure expectations are clear and participants are aligned in purpose and commitment.
Thoughtful Matching
Matches are made intentionally — based on leadership experience, growth goals, industry exposure, and areas of insight. We prioritize fit, not speed.
One-on-One Conversations
Pairs schedule approximately 3–6 hours of conversation across the program window — guided but flexible, centered on reflection, decision-making, and growth.
Close & Reflect
At program close, participants reflect on insights, takeaways, and next steps. Some relationships may naturally continue — but the formal commitment concludes within the defined timeframe.

- Flexible scheduling coordinated between mentor and mentee

A defined window. Shared energy.
Each cohort runs within a defined program window to create shared energy and alignment.
Final details and orientation information will be shared after applications are reviewed and matches are confirmed.
