Over the past 20 years, she has worked with complex, public-facing organizations across the United States, partnering with senior leaders to build the clarity, culture, and collective capacity their organizations need to deliver consistently.

Her approach is grounded, diagnostic, and deeply human. She works at the root of how organizations function — not at the level of symptoms — and brings both rigor and warmth to every engagement.
